Refund Terms and Conditions

Thank you for enrolling in our Somatic Therapy Continuing Education course. We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your registration. However, please note that each class has a limited number of spots, and we may not be able to fill canceled spots at the last minute. This makes it challenging to recoup the costs associated with running the course. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Requests at Least 30 Days Before the Course Start Date: You will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
2. Refund Requests Between 29 and 15 Days Before the Course Start Date: You will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
3. Refund Requests From 14 Days Before the Course Start Date Up to the Day of the Course: You will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.
4. No-Show or After the Course Has Begun: No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend (no-show) or once the course has started.

How to Request a Refund
To inquire about or request a refund, please reach out to the instructor at wmaaskew@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name, the course title, and the scheduled course date when contacting the instructor. Refunds will be processed according to the timeline outlined above, based on the date your refund request is received.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
